Master Programme

One of the main outcomes of the MIETC project will be the creation of an interdisciplinary Master in Industrial Entrepreneurship (Industrial + Business + Economics) in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.

The Curriculum of the Master programme in Industrial Entrepreneurship consists of 12 subjects framed in 4 thematic priorities (Use of quantitative & qualitative information, Business Management, Business Positioning and Engineering):

  • Financial Analysis for Non-financial Specialists (Core subject | 6 ECTS)
  • Business Models (Elective subject | 6 ECTS)
  • Supply Chain and Operations Management (Core subject | 6 ECTS)
  • Strategic Management (Core subject | 6 ECTS)
  • Innovation Management (Core subject | 6 ECTS)
  • International Markets and Marketing (Core subject | 6 ECTS)
  • Sustainable Entrepreneurship (Core subject | 6 ECTS)
  • Business Creation (Core subject | 6 ECTS)
  • Project Management (Core subject | 6 ECTS)
  • Production Planning and Control (Core subject | 6 ECTS)
  • Spatial Analysis (Elective subject | 6 ECTS)

It has been co-designed between the academic sector (Central Asian and EU Universities) and the business sector (local firms and companies).
The Master will be taught using modern and custom pedagogical methodologies adapted to the specific environment of each Higher Education Institution. It will combine online and offline learning and it will implement a lean training approach: learning-by-doing, real-world cases, mentoring and coaching, role-playing, gamification and actionable learning practices.
The Partnership will develop high-quality resources and open-access study materials for each course, which will be continuously updated. The students of the future programme will be provided with carefully curated real-case studies, with Entrepreneurial practical examples and with a great range of online resources.
The Partners also expect to be able to offer academic exchange and private business internships open to other partners’ countries.
