Manuel Fernandez Grela – Lecturer and Researcher at the Group of Analysis and Modelling in Economics, University of Santiago de Compostela.
He holds a PhD in Economics from University of Santiago de Compostela and has published research papers in several international scientific journals, as well as written a variety of reports for business associations and public administrations. He has ample experience training Central Asian students, both in Master and PhD programmes


Nailya Saifulina is a professor in the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC). She received her PhD degree in Economics and Business Management from USC, that was funded through 3-year Scholarship from Galician regional Government.
Nailya was a visiting researcher in Hamburg Universität (Germany). Her research stream lies in the area of sustainable human resource management particularly focusing on employees’ voluntary pro-environmental behavior at work. Nailya’s works on the mentioned topics were published in some international journals such as Sustainable Development and Journal of Sustainability Research.


Ángel Duarte holds a degree in Geography Technical officer at the International Projects Unit of the University of Santiago de Compostela working on the financial, administrative and technical management of Eramsus+ KA2 projects. Involved since January 2020 in the coordination of the MIETC project.
