Chary Shallyyev
Head of Management Department, senior lecturer at the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management. He has international experience in educational projects and was High Education Reform Expert from EU. He studied at Japan, US, Spain and participated in the numerous international conferences organized by international financial institutions. He is interested in industrial infrastructure and macroeconomic issues. His experience tied on standard of high education system in Turkmenistan. He was responsible for the educational and curriculum development on economics.
