Dean of the Faculty of International Management and Marketing at the Technological University of Tajikistan and he is director of the Innovation and Technological Park under the Technological University of Tajikistan. He is actively involved in the implementation of several international programs, and he has repeatedly participated in professional development courses abroad, such as the Republic of India, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, received international certificates and improved his knowledge and skills. He is lecturer of the HR management, Innovative management. In addition, he has a very rich experience in the implementation of international projects, including World Bank project “Higher education development project” “Girls’ education and their competitiveness in the labour market”, Erasmus+.
