Kodyrova Zarrina
Professor at the Department of Economics and Organization of Business of the Tajik State University of Commerce (TSUC), and coordinator of the MIETC project in TSUC. She has extensive – 15 years of experience in the area of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and higher education reform in Tajikistan. She has implemented dozens of projects in TSUC funded through the World Bank, UNICEF, OSI, Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Erasmus +. She worked in acquiring international accreditations and broadening the international network of the University.
Her research interests lie in the area of TVET and Higher Education, enterprise management, youth education and gender and education.

Abdullozoda Nurmuhammad
Specialist in Academic mobility at the International Relations Office, Tajik State University of Commerce (TSUC). Have received his Master’s Degree (MA) in International Relations (IR) from the Cyprus International University (CIU) in 2017. At the present time, he is doing his Ph.D. in political sciences at TSUC. He had held a visit in the Steering Committee Meeting at the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University n.a. K.I. Skryabin (KNAU), and Central Asia Regional Conference at the Samarqand institute of Veterinary medicine within the PAWER project.

Eshov Muhammadali
Project specialist at the International Relations Office of the Tajik State University of Commerce. Received his BA in World Economy from TSUC, MA in Economic Governance and Development from the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, and participated in Erasmus + staff exchange programme. He has been working intermittently as a teacher assistant at the Department of World Economy and International Relations, as well as at the International Relations Office in different capacities for 7 years.

Abduvaliev Mubinzhon
Head of the International Relations Office. He has a Master degree in International Economy from the Sumy State University of Ukraine.
He has received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Basque Country UPV/EHU, Spain. He is an expert of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating based in Kazakhstan, and Expert of the Open Society Institute Foundation on Higher Education Support Program in Tajikistan. He has experience in developing curriculum and study programmers. He is a member of the working group on development regulation documents for the passage of the International Accreditation of the Tajik State University of Commerce.
