Zhassulan K. Shaimardanov.
Academician of the International Academy of Sciences of Higher Education, Academician of the Academy of Natural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Rector of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University. Field of research interests lies in the development of higher education on the principle of the “triple helix” “university-enterprises-government”. Participant of the project for the gradual expansion of the academic and managerial independence of the country’s universities.


Saule Zh. Rakhmetullina.
First vice-rector, Candidate of Technical Sciences. She has collected significant experience within higher education for more than 28 years. She took part in the implementation of Tempus projects, as a project manager and as a participant of several scientific projects funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Her research fields icnlude Information technology for environmental monitoring. She has been responsible for the strategic management in higher education. She is author of over 70 articles.


Zhadyra T. Konurbayeva.
Vice-rector for educational and methodological work, Candidate of Economic sciences. She has been working at the university for 20 years, has sufficient experience in participating in projects, both international and national. Currently, the project manager for the project on development of a diversification strategy for the agricultural sector of the national economy funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Research interests focus on competitiveness of economic sectors, models of higher education development. Author od over 70 articles.


Elvira S. Madiyarova.
She is Dean of the School of Business and Entrepreneurship, PhD in Economics and Associate Professor. She has been working at the East Kazakhstan Techincal University since 2000.  She has been involved in research projects since 2006. Dr. Madiyarova’s research interests lie at the intersection of entrepreneurship, sustainability, and economic development. She is particularly interested in how sustainable entrepreneurship can be leveraged to promote regional economic growth and prosperity. She has published over 150 scientific works on these topics, and her research has been featured in academic journals around the world.


Marina V. Kozlova.
Associate Professor at the School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Candidate of Economic Sciences. She has been working at the university for 15 years, has significant experience in participating in international and national scientific projects. Her scientific interests are related to the study of the problems of the formation of a green economy at the regional level, the identification of priority areas for the implementation of industrial-innovative practices and regional policies. She has published over 80 scientific works on these topics, and her research has been featured in academic journals around the world.


Madina F. Yussubaliyeva
She is Senior research manager at the Center for Educational Technology, English language teacher, a leader of the trilingual policy implementation team. She is responsible for the realization of the university strategy on trilingual education and coordinate the work of faculty members and administrative personnel within this framework. She also contributes to the development of the university platform of online education by engaging and assisting faculty members in creating online courses taught in three languages. Her research interest lies in the field of gender STEM education.
