Charyryar Amansahedov.
Chief Expert of International Relation Department of Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. During the last 10 years, he has coordinated UNDP projects, Erasmus, Tacis and now he is coordinator of the project of the European Commission CAREN. He has been dean of the Faculty, Vice Rector and Rector. His experience involved development of high education system in Turkmenistan. He was responsible for the curriculum and education program development in industrial engineering. Has a wide experience in technology of drawing up of curricula and working programs for engineering specialties higher educational an institution.

Rustam Gadzhiyev
Senior Expert of International Relations Department of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. BA in Economy and Law. He was leading more than 20 trainings and about 10 projects implemented including Tacis, Tempus, NATO, and UNDP projects. He has more than 14 years of experience in international projects and more than 15 years of experience in the business, sciences and education spheres. He achieved more than 5 years of experience in Information Communication Technology (ICT) and education technologies and eight years of experience in the governance system locally.

Ruben Yegoshin
He is Head of the National Research Education Internet Center at the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. He graduated from the faculty of international relations of the Turkmen State University and has a BA in Economy and Law. He studied bases of the Java programming language, and also network and web technologies. He was nominated to create the Turkmen distance educational platform “e-Sapak”. Then, he passed trainings in Cisco academy and took examination on CCNA successfully. On the base of participating in different seminars and conferences he has gained knowledge for system administration.
